This item would have been used to hold delicate items to be magnified and worked on by the jeweller.
Early 20th Century folk-art hand carved goats head For sale in this lot is an early 20th Century hand carved folk-art wooden goat/rams head. This item was obtained from a fortune teller’s private collection of decorative items. The mask originally hung over the main hallway doors and we were told when obtaining it, that it was used to contain dark spirits from entering the house.
